Responsibilities

- Perform professional services including manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, and other esthetic treatments.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns effectively.
- Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and upselling relevant items to enhance their treatment results.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-up,



and personalized service to encourage repeat visits.

Skills

- Proven experience with manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, and other esthetic treatments.
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and product benefits to clients.
- Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and current industry trends.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
