Your Role:
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and residential roofing projects, including BUR, SBS, single-ply (TPO, PVC, EPDM), asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and more.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop thorough proposals.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of estimates.
- Manage bid submissions and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide cost analysis,
forecasting, and risk assessments for projects.
- Support project managers during pre-construction and execution phases.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofing estimator, with a focus on commercial and residential projects.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and industry standards.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Plan Swift) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
