We are seeking an experienced EUC & Desktop Support Engineer to provide enterprise-level end-user support for desktop and laptop environments. The successful candidate will manage incidents and service requests, support Microsoft endpoint management technologies, maintain IT assets, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, bilingual communication in English and French, and the ability to work onsite four days per week in Montreal, QC.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and end-user devices.
- Manage incident resolution and service request queues while meeting SLAs.
- Support Microsoft Enterprise Applications, including SCCM and Intune.
- Perform device installation, configuration, testing, and quality inspections.
- Assist with software deployment and endpoint management.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Provide user training for new hardware and software installations.
- Support video conferencing technologies for remote collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with IT service management processes and standards.
- Participate in service transition and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise desktop and laptop environments.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with incident and request management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with asset management and IT documentation.
- Knowledge of software deployment processes.
- Familiarity with video conferencing technologies.
- Understanding of service transition and IT compliance processes.
- Fluent in English and French (Mandatory).
- MCSA certification preferred.
