Through our presence at the Costco location, our Event Marketing Team connects with homeowners, introduces current heating and cooling promotions, and schedules qualified in-home consultations with interested customers.

Requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must have reliable transportation to assigned Costco location
- Must be willing to commute between different retail locations in Winnipeg
- Weekday and weekend availability is required
- Must be comfortable standing and speaking with customers throughout the shift
- Must be able to accurately enter customer information using a smartphone or tablet
- Must be willing to follow company procedures and work toward daily and weekly performance goals

Your Role

As an Event Marketing Representative, you will represent Cyrus Heating and Cooling at Costco locations throughout Winnipeg.

Your responsibilities will include





- Travelling to assigned Costco location
- Professionally approaching and engaging Costco members
- Starting friendly and natural conversations with shoppers
- Introducing current heating, cooling, and indoor-air-quality promotions
- Identifying homeowners who may be interested in our services
- Scheduling qualified in-home consultations
- Accurately collecting and submitting customer information
- Maintaining a professional and positive company image
- Following Costco policies and Cyrus Heating and Cooling guidelines
- Working toward daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the marketing team

This is not a door-to-door sales position. All customer engagement takes place inside assigned retail locations.

Compensation and Schedule

- Starting wage: $21.00 per hour
- Additional performance-based commission and incentives
- Part-time hours
- Shifts are generally between 5 and 6 hours
- Workdays will be scheduled Monday through Sunday
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts may be available
- Weekday and weekend availability is required
- Schedule flexibility is available based on business needs and employee availability
