About The Opportunity
Ever been interested in working in a legal setting, but didn't have the required legal experience? We are working with one of Canada's largest and most prestigious law firms to provide an Executive Assistant for a team of legal professionals. No legal experience required! The role would see the successful candidate support multiple legal professionals with traditional EA support.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage the calendar of legal professionals, including screening requests for meetings, prioritizing meeting requests bookings
- Coordinate all administrative work, organizing and expediting the work flow and working collaboratively with team members
- Meeting coordination,
logistics and preparation of briefing materials together with meeting follow up, where necessary
- Documents production and file maintenance
- Travel arrangements; coordination of expense submissions and reimbursements with associated approvals
About You
- Post secondary education in Business Administration or related field
- Five plus years of relevant experience supporting executives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Superior judgement and problem solving
- The ability to work well with peers as part of an executive support team
- Demonstrated ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
- Exceptional attention to detail
About the Job
This is a full time/contract position, offering a competitive wage of between $30.00 to $35.00 per hour; a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week on site) with a convenient downtown work location with available parking and good access to public transit.
