What You Do As an expo at St. Louis, you are a key link within the restaurant. At St.

Louis

Bar & Grill, we are always aiming to exceed expectations through extraordinary hospitality, which means making sure every detail is as it should be. It’s your job to make sure that no dish leaves the kitchen without immaculate plating, with all the correct ingredients and garnishes, and that every special request is adhered to with an expert eye. You will act as a liaison between BOH and FOH,



ensuring that guests receive their food promptly, and correctly. At the same time, as an expo, you will assist other areas of the restaurant, displaying exceptional teamwork and care for our guests.

You Will

- Act as a liaison between FOH and BOH.
- Ensure all food is delivered correctly and promptly, always exceeding guest expectations in presentation and accuracy.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with your fellow team members.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required Skills You Bring:

- A fantastic personality.
- Enthusiasm for providing hospitality and hosting people.
- A positive outlook on our community, our people with a spectacular attitude.
- An up-to-date Smart Serve.
- 1+ year of hospitality experience.
