Join BTG Energy as an Experienced Field Operator in Sylvan Lake, helping to maintain and monitor field operations effectively. You will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal operation and safety compliance across various sites. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant field operating experience.

In this role, you will conduct daily field operations, including well monitoring, maintenance of pipeline equipment, and emergency response. You will also manage workloads, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily well checks and respond to alarms
- Operate and maintain wells and compressor stations
- Manage contractors and prioritize field operations
- Report hazards and assist in maintenance planning
- Complete production reports and fluid hauling coordination Requirements:
- Five years of oil and gas field experience
- Experience with sour gas wells and compressor stations
- Valid safety certifications including H2S Alive
- Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record
