- Oversee daily residential property management operations
- Manage tenant and landlord relationships throughout their lifecycle
- Conduct showings, application processes, and tenant onboarding




- Coordinate repairs and maintenance for tenant issues
- Prepare and send invoices to clients Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in real estate property management
- At least 2 years licensed property management in B.C.
- Direct involvement in 3 tenant disputes
- Leadership experience supervising minimum 2 people
