Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Fabricator to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw materials into precise, high-quality components and assemblies that meet strict specifications. Duties

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Operate machinery such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, and CNC equipment to shape metal and other materials accurately.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG (Metal Inert Gas) and TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) techniques to join metal components securely.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure precise cuts, fits, and finishes.
- Assemble fabricated parts according to specifications, including ductwork, structural components, or custom assemblies.
- Conduct rigging activities involving cranes or forklifts for moving heavy materials safely within the workspace.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with machinery,



welding equipment, and during material handling.

Requirements

- Proven experience in manufacturing or construction environments with a focus on fabrication.
- Mechanical knowledge of tools such as press brake machines, plasma cutters, hand tools, power tools, and schematics reading.
- Skilled in welding techniques including MIG and TIG welding with the ability to produce strong, clean welds.
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Ability to operate rigging equipment like cranes or forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Knowledge of ductwork fabrication, assembly processes, and machining operations is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination; ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
