- We are looking for skilled, motivated individual(s) with a passion for working with their hands.
Responsibilities:
- Welding components in flat, vertical or overhead positions
- Secure parts and assemblies according to specifications using various tools
- Welding of components and assemblies using electric or arc welding equipment
- Cut work pieces using powered and non-powered equipment/tools
- Remove rough spots from work pieces using portable grinder, hand files or scrapers
- Heat, form and dress metal parts using handheld tools and oxy fuel torches
- Analyze drawings and specifications to plan welding operations
- Develop templates and other work aids to hold and align parts/assemblies
- Work collaboratively alongside others
- Welding and fabrication experience is considered an asset
