- The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersonsfor major repairs.
- The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.




- The candidate will be responsible for performing minor repairs to appliances.
- The candidate must perform security and safety checks.
- The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must perform otherroutine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
