Northern Health is seeking a Family Physicians for Masset on beautiful Haida Gwaii! The selected candidate can select the FTE that suits their lifestyle best.
Along with clinic work, family physicians work in the Emergency room and cover Hospital in-patients. Call is 24 hours, with the following morning allocated to walk-in appointments and the afternoon off for post call. Weekend call is divided into 2 days (Saturday or Sunday) and physicians rotate through this schedule. The ER is low volume but frequently challenging given the remote location.
