- Serve as primary contact for physicians and clinics
- Educate providers on therapy, reimbursement, and patient resources
- Review patient charts and manage documentation submissions
- Maintain ongoing communication about patient status

- Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent degree
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes
- Previous case management experience preferred
