The role of Field Supervisor/Superintendent will be responsible to oversee operations and safety for our production and other job sites throughout the United States. This is a senior-level leadership position that requires a seasoned and dedicated skilled. This role requires least 10 years of experience, including experience in piping, structural, assembly and welding.

The ideal candidate will also have previous experience as a manager or supervisor, as well as experience in the refrigeration industry. Additionally, the candidate will represent the Company at a corporate level and will be expected to be an excellent ambassador for MRBraz & Associates.

Responsibilities

- Primary duties will include overseeing and coordinating job-site activities.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety laws and regulations
- Knowledge of safety codes and advancements in construction
- Domestic travel up to 90%
- Please note that this position typically requires overtime, including weekends or holidays, as circumstances require.
- Perform site inspections, in addition to equipment and material inspections




- Perform assessments of teams and individuals, while professionally communicating expectations and evaluations
- Schedule and attend meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers and staff
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration
- OSHA and forklift certifications preferable
- Ability to climb steep stairs and safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Currently authorized to work in the U.S. and not in need of an employment-based visa

Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
