Your Senior’s Concierge is looking for a motivated, compassionate, and reliable Field Support Contractor to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, flexible, and ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working as part of a team, and adapting to the unique needs of our clients, making each project different.
About Your Senior’s Concierge:
Your Senior's Concierge, provides personalized move management, estate clear-outs, home project coordination, and relocation support designed to reduce stress and simplify complex situations. Our team goes beyond managing tasks; we build trusted relationships and provide thoughtful support every step of the way. Our goal is to make life easier for seniors and their families by handling the details with care, professionalism, and respect.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the Field Support team, you'll work directly alongside our Project Managers on-site in client homes.
Every project is different, and the ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable adapting to changing circumstances, taking initiative, and supporting both clients and teammates in a professional and compassionate manner.
- This is a casual independent contractor position with hours that vary weekly depending on project needs.
- Work directly alongside Project Managers to support estate clear-outs, downsizing, relocation, and move management projects from start to finish.
- Pack, unpack, organize, sort, and move household contents while handling client belongings with care and helping maintain efficient, organized project sites.
- Support clients in making decisions about their belongings, including what to keep, donate, sell, relocate, or discard, while providing compassionate and respectful service throughout the process.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, families, movers, contractors, donation partners, and other service providers while helping maintain a safe, professional,
and comfortable project environment.
- Help solve problems, assess spaces, and provide hands-on support wherever needed to keep projects moving forward and ensure an exceptional client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to and from project sites.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle considered an asset but not required.
- Ability to safely lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with seniors and families during significant life transitions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, great social awareness, and the ability to exercise good judgment in changing situations.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and treating client belongings with care and respect.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable, reliable, and able to manage changing priorities.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to accept short-notice assignments when possible.

Position Details:
- Independent Contractor position
- Hours vary weekly based on project requirements
- Primarily daytime weekday work, with occasional flexibility required
- Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour
