Industries, now part of Pursuit Aerospace, is hiring for a First Piece Inspector. This role demands at least two years of experience in inspection and precision measurement techniques. You will utilize CNC part inspections and dimensional analysis to guarantee compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of initial production parts
- Perform final inspections for compliance with specifications
- Utilize precision measuring tools like verniers and micrometers
- Operate CMM Mitutoyo and Zeiss for dimensional analysis
- Document Non-Conformity Reports in compliance with quality management Requirements:
- Technical diploma in machining techniques or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with CMM operation
- Knowledge of geometric tolerances (GD&T;)
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
