Lush is seeking a Floor Leader in Mississauga to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of sales associates, conduct trainings, and help deliver operational excellence, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
You’ll educate customers on Lush values, skincare products, and ethical practices while fostering a positive, productive store setting and a passion for the brand.
