Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated, eager, and hardworking people to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our members and guests. This position will be based in our on course canteen.
Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
- Preparing food, ensuring proper stock levels,
maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Process payments accurately
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude towards teamwork
