About the Position

Ramazan Sweets is seeking an experienced and motivated Food Services Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Analyze budgets to improve and maintain restaurant profitability.
- Evaluate and manage daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor revenues and labour costs.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff.
- Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Prepare work schedules and oversee employee performance.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial records.
- Cost products and services to maximize profitability.
- Manage restaurant events and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and workplace regulations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

OR

- Equivalent combination of education and relevant management experience.

Experience
- 3 to less than 5 years of management experience in the food service or restaurant industry.
