Role Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Fractional CFO will serve as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to the executive leadership team. This role is responsible for providing executive-level financial leadership, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow management, performance reporting, and strategic analysis. The Fractional CFO will help drive informed business decisions through meaningful financial insights, strengthen financial controls and governance, identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency,
and ensure the Company's financial strategy supports its long-term vision and continued growth.
Qualifications
- CPA designation (Canada or equivalent international designation).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Previous CFO or Fractional CFO experience.
- Experience supporting high-growth technology or marketplace businesses.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing multi-entity organizations across Canada and the United States is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Job Type: Full time Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
