Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their visit experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Manage food preparation tasks like assembling light snacks or pastries in accordance with food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately,



including processing payments and giving correct change
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Skills

- Proven experience as a barista or in food service environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Solid communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and inventory counts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
