Job Summary

We are seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering excellent service, managing orders efficiently, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and process transactions with cash handling skills
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle guest inquiries professionally,

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar is advantageous
- Solid customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order management
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, food preparation, or the food industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a quick-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
