Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm and a friendly smile, setting the tone for an enjoyable experience
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to maximize guest satisfaction and operational flow
- Take orders accurately and communicate them clearly to kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism, attentiveness, and a positive attitude
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure all guests leave satisfied and eager to return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area, including tables, counters, and waiting zones




- Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations during busy periods

Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays or setting tables
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet business demands
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
