We are seeking Class 1 drivers for full-time employment opportunities within our organization. The ideal candidates will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting livestock on a night route that begins in Calgary and extends throughout Alberta during the week. This role requires a solid commitment to safety, a value we hold in high regard, and excellent driving skills.

The driver will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the welfare of freight and equipment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate a Class 1 vehicle to transport goods safely and efficiently over designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance and promptly report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Requirements for this position:

- Must have a valid Class 1 Driver's License.
- 3 years of commercial driving experience.
- Self-motivation and a positive attitude.
- Must demonstrate reliability.
- Strong knowledge of federal and provincial safety expectations.
- Must wear all Personal Protective Equipment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player.
