In this position, you'll utilize trauma-informed practices to assist women dealing with various issues, including grief, anger, and family dynamics. Your work will focus on empowering clients through planning, goal-setting, and resource connections. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver immediate counselling for walk-in clients
- Collaborate with clients to formulate safety and action plans
- Monitor progress and provide supportive strategies
- Document and maintain client case notes diligently
- Facilitate advocacy with community service professionals Requirements:
- Experience in therapeutic settings, with a trauma focus
- Current registration with OCSWSSW and/or CRPO
- Skills in maintaining accurate records and case management
