Hardware is expanding and is looking for a Lumber Yard Associate to support daily operations. This role is ideal for candidates experienced in material handling and customer service. You will load and unload materials, restock inventory, and interact directly with customers to assist with their orders. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials using a forklift or manually
- Assist customers with gathering and loading their orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard
- Receive materials and verify against bill of ladings
- Restock lumber bins and sheds as needed Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more regularly
- Valid driver's license required
- Forklift experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Effective communication skills with customers and staff
