Join the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario as a full-time Early Learning Assistant in Markstay. As an Early Learning Assistant, you’ll utilize your knowledge of child development and CPR to supervise children while planning engaging educational programming. You will also maintain safety standards and uphold YMCA's values during your work. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate supervision to ensure child safety
- Keep accurate attendance and conduct regular head counts
- Deliver engaging educational programming based on YMCA curricula




- Track children's development and maintain communication with families
- Conduct daily safety scans of indoor and outdoor spaces Requirements:
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum two years of experience working with children
- Current Standard First Aid with Infant and Child CPR certification
- Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years Act
- Satisfactory Police Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening Support children’s learning and growth as an Early Learning Assistant at YMCA of Northeastern Ontario.
