Lead the Food & Beverage team at Pursuit's Sky Bistro in Banff, Alberta. Deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing operations in a breathtaking location. As a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor for Pursuit, you'll be integral to our Spring/Summer 2026 seasonal hiring.
Your responsibilities include training staff, managing day-to-day operations, and overseeing inventory management. You'll ensure our guests receive the highest quality of service in this spectacular setting at the top of Banff Gondola. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and train front of house staff effectively
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations efficiently
- Coordinate inventory and orders with the manager
- Ensure cash and transactions are handled accurately
- Address guest inquiries and service issues proactively Requirements:
- A minimum of one year in a supervisory role in Food & Beverage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience handling high-volume, quick-paced service
- Proficient with POS and cash handling procedures
