Become a Finance Coordinator at our organization, contributing to key operations like accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting administrative tasks and coordinating finance meetings. As a Finance Coordinator, you'll report to the Director of Administration, leveraging your expertise to produce invoices and maintain financial documentation.
Your role will include weekly cheque runs, bank deposits, data entry, and supporting payroll functions. Solid interpersonal skills and project coordination abilities are vital as you engage in training and audit activities as well. Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage A/R invoices, statements, and credit notes
- Conduct weekly cheque runs and prepare bank deposits
- Perform data entry into budget tracking and finance systems
- Co-plan and deliver finance working group meetings
- Support payroll functions and maintain related documentation Requirements:
- Two-year Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration
- 1-2 years in a finance department role
- Proficiency with SAGE 300 and CAFT accounting software
- High accuracy in data entry and filing systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills This role focuses on finance documentation, project coordination, and contributing to team efforts while upholding diverse cultural perspectives.
