Public Works & Housing Department is seeking a qualified individual dedicated to performing maintenance tasks. Candidates should have a working knowledge of multiple trades such as plumbing, heating, and carpentry, alongside good communication skills for interacting with the public. This position emphasizes teamwork as well as the ability to work independently on assigned projects. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to various maintenance work orders
- Perform basic home maintenance on-reserve
- Repair or replace defective appliances and equipment
- Operate required hand and power tools safely
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
- Working knowledge of trades or maintenance training
- Basic skills in plumbing, heating, and electrical work
- Minimum of Grade 10 education
- Valid driver’s license required
