The program spans 10 months, leading to registration with the BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker Registry. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with mealtime setup and client transport
- Support clients in participating in activities
- Perform housekeeping tasks including laundry
- Greet visitors and maintain a safe environment
- Complete electronic records and documentation Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 10 including English 10
- Commitment to 12-18 month program
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
