The Early Childhood

Educator at Macaulay Tree House is responsible for planning and implementing quality programs for children ages three months to four years. You'll work directly with children to address their developmental needs and encourage their self-esteem. The position requires effective communication with parents regarding each child's progress while maintaining a loving atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and assist children during daily activities
- Document key information pertaining to each child’s progress




- Adhere to the Child Care and Early Years Act standards
- Plan and implement programs in line with Macaulay Tree House policies
- Conduct ongoing child assessments and maintain confidentiality Requirements:
- ECE Diploma or Equivalency needed
- Valid First Aid and Level C CPR Certificate required
- Vulnerable Sector Check through OPP
- Mature and sensitive approach in interactions
