Experience in a customer-facing role, people leadership & team development required Proven ability to meet sales & performance targets with outstanding planning & organizing skills Ability to work collaboratively within a feedback culture Experience coaching & developing a successful team to drive sales Outstanding problem solving & communication skills Experience analyzing data (KPI’s) to make sound business decisions required Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift) Ability to lift and move products up to 25 lbs.

Frequent reaching, bending, crouching as required
