Maitland City Council is seeking casual Gallery Officers to join the Maitland Regional Art Gallery (MRAG) Visitor Engagement Team, to deliver exceptional customer experience to all Gallery visitors.

As a Gallery Officer, you will contribute to an outstanding visitor experience at MRAG by supporting community engagement, maintaining the presentation of the Gallery, and assisting with the effective administration of gallery services.

On a day-to-day basis, alongside your core role of providing exceptional visitor engagement, you will support front of house administration, including, but not limited to, MRAG Store sales, ticketing and MRAG Memberships, Maitland Visitor Information Services, as well as monitoring of the security of artworks.



Event support for public programs and venue hire may be required on occasion. Availability to work weekends and after hours is highly desirable.
