We are seeking a motivated and energetic Gardening Helpers to join our outdoor maintenance team. Responsibilities

- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, and mulching to promote healthy plant growth
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes to perform routine gardening tasks
- Operate power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively
- Support landscape maintenance activities like edging, weeding, and soil preparation
- Help install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns




- Conduct regular inspections of gardens to identify pests or diseases and report issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and organizing tools and supplies

Experience

- Prior experience working with hand tools, power tools, or in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of gardening practices, horticulture principles, and plant care techniques is a plus
- Ability to follow safety guidelines when handling equipment and chemicals
- Robust physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Enthusiasm for gardening, outdoor work, and learning new skills is highly valued
