Gatherwell, transforming the BC coastline, seeks a General Manager to oversee its expanding operations across five sites, including Ambleside and current locations in Vancouver Island.

This role requires someone experienced in multi-unit management, ensuring each site aligns with financial targets while building operational systems from scratch. Your leadership will make sure guests enjoy flawless experiences at every venue. Key Responsibilities:

- Own the site P&Ls; to track financial performance
- Adjust booking sessions to optimize revenue potential
- Lead site managers and hosts with training and support




- Develop community-focused wellness programming
- Maintain site integrity through logistics coordination Requirements:
- 3+ years in operations at physical, customer-facing locations
- Experience building operational processes from the ground up
- Proven accountability for P&L; and operating budgets
- Must be based in Greater Vancouver
