Responsibilities

- Develop and implementstrategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify current businessopportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate salesteam to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide ongoing trainingand development for sales staff.
- Monitor salesperformance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with otherdepartments to ensure best in industry customer experience and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in aleadership role.
- Familiarity withSalesforce or other CRM software.
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-orientedmindset.




- Proven track record in business development.
