OMERS is seeking an Associate Director to lead employee and labour relations across global jurisdictions, including the US, UK, Europe and Asia. Reporting to the Director, ER/LR, you will provide senior-level advice, oversee investigations and help build scalable ER/LR processes.
You will coach the ER/LR team, partner with HR, Legal and Compliance, and use data to identify trends and mitigate risk. The role is based in Toronto with Canada’s pension landscape and competitive compensation.
