GPS Insight is seeking a motivated Installation Coordinator to enhance the customer installation experience for our GPS tracking solutions.
This role collaborates with Technical Support, Account Management, and third-party vendors to deliver installations that are on time and on budget. If you're adept at solving problems and maintaining project momentum, this position offers a high-impact challenge. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full installation lifecycle for client projects
- Select best-fit installation vendors based on technical needs
- Coordinate scheduling and act as the main contact during installations
- Monitor 75-100 active projects monthly for timely execution
- Address hardware or billing discrepancies and escalate when necessary Requirements:
- 1+ years in project coordination or technical support
- Knowledge of 12-24VDC electrical systems
- Robust ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
