JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support a portfolio of consumer brands by developing compelling visual assets aligned with each brand's identity and strategic objectives. This role is responsible for maintaining brand guideline compliance while creating engaging digital, print, eCommerce, and event materials. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker who stays current with design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative tools, while consistently delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Design and produce creative assets for multiple brands while ensuring strict adherence to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
· Develop digital and eCommerce creative assets, including website graphics, product imagery, banners, email graphics, digital advertising, social media content, and marketplace assets.
· Create marketing collateral for trade shows, conferences, customer events, and retail activations, including booth graphics, signage,
promotional materials, presentations, and displays.
· Design and prepare all printed materials, including brochures, catalogues, packaging, point-of-sale materials, flyers, and sales support collateral.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective visual communications.
· Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and photoshoot theme boards for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
· Coordinate and participate in on-site photo and video shoots, ensuring creative direction is executed and assets align with brand standards.
· Edit and retouch photography and video content for use across digital and print channels.
· Manage creative projects from concept through final production, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
· Prepare production-ready artwork and files for both digital distribution and commercial printing.
· Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, templates, and brand resources.
· Research and recommend new creative trends, design techniques, AI tools, and technologies to continually elevate the brand's visual presence.
· Support cross-functional teams with presentation graphics, executive materials, and internal communications as needed.
