Duties

- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor, texture, and presentation of all menu items.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate meal preparation during busy service hours, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures diligently to uphold a secure working environment for everyone.
- Serve guests promptly and courteously,

Experience

- Previous food service experience, particularly in restaurant or kitchen settings involving grilling or meal preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and proper sanitation practices within the food industry.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques specific to grilling, including managing heat sources and controlling cooking times.
- Experience in serving guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards under pressure.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and food industry best practices is preferred but not required.
