We're looking for a GTM Engineer to own Mizo's growth engine — marketing, lead generation, and nurturing — and to build the automation systems behind all of it. You'll turn our product story (ROI, automation, agentic workflows) into content and campaigns, bring new prospects into the funnel, keep them engaged over time, and wire the enrichment, scoring, and sequencing logic into the tools that run without manual babysitting. If Mizo lets MSPs run a "Fully Digital L1," this role builds our version of that for GTM.
Mizo is building AI agents that automate service desk operations for Managed Service Providers. We're growing fast — from a $23K to $55K MRR target this quarter alone — and outbound, qualification, and conversion tracking are increasingly the bottleneck, not headcount. We need someone who can plan, execute, and build the systems that remove that bottleneck permanently, not patch it demo by demo.
The ideal candidate sits at the intersection of growth and systems. You care as much about why a lead converts as how the workflow that surfaced them was built — and you're comfortable configuring and wiring these systems yourself rather than waiting on a dev queue. You don't need to be an engineer, but coding chops are a real plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate outreach at scale: build and maintain outbound workflows, enrichment pipelines, and AI-personalized sequences across our tech stack (Pipedrive, Clay-class enrichment tools, sequencing and email platforms).
- Generate leads: run campaigns to fill top of funnel (content offers, landing pages, paid, webinars, events, partnerships with PSA/RMM vendors), and optimize the website and content for inbound capture (SEO, forms, lead magnets).
- Instrument the conversion funnel: maintain per-stage acceptance-rate and pipeline tracking with dashboards that pull automatically from source tools, not manual reporting.
- Own marketing and content: run the content calendar (blog posts, case studies, one-pagers, comparison content — Mizo vs traditional automation/RPA, website updates), and refine positioning and messaging for the MSP/agentic-AI space.
- Build lead qualification systems:
design scoring models and routing logic that qualify inbound and outbound leads against our ICP (MSPs on ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA) without manual triage.
- Own intent detection: build signal-based triggers (hiring signals, tech-stack changes, PSA migrations, content engagement) that flag when a prospect is in-market, and feed them automatically into the right sequence.
- Design and run nurturing: build automated drip and lifecycle sequences for prospects at each funnel stage, plus retention, upsell, and advocacy flows for existing clients — segmented with enrichment data, not manual list building.
- Own communication: manage social, newsletters, press/PR, community, and co-marketing with PSA/RMM partners, with a consistent brand voice across every touchpoint.
- Ship and measure, not just configure: every workflow should have a revenue-adjacent number attached (reply rate, qualified-lead rate, demo-to-close rate) and a plan to improve it. Collaborate async-first with the founding team and move without waiting on a dev queue.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in growth, outbound, enrichment, demand generation, marketing, or communications, ideally B2B SaaS.
- Experience building or wiring in AI/LLM-powered components — personalization, scoring, or research agents — into a live GTM workflow.
- Track record of building nurture/lifecycle and lead-generation campaigns using CRM and marketing automation tools (Pipedrive or similar CRM, email platforms, landing page builders).
- Working comfort with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) to wire enrichment, campaigns, and CRM data together yourself — without relying on engineering support.
- Comfortable owning both the strategy and the execution; this is not a purely strategic role.
- Comfort with ambiguity: you can take "we need to qualify inbound faster" and turn it into a shipped system without a detailed spec.
- Self-starter comfortable in an early-stage environment where GTM processes are still being built.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Experience building or wiring in AI/LLM-powered components — personalization, scoring, or research agents — into a live GTM workflow.
- Coding skills (Python, SQL) and comfort integrating APIs across CRM, enrichment, and sequencing tools (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, or equivalents) — a real plus for building deeper automation.
- Experience in B2B SaaS selling into a technical or IT-adjacent buyer (MSP, IT services, or similar).
- Familiarity with per-ticket or usage-based pricing models and the reporting they require.
- Experience building dashboards or reporting that execs actually use (weekly stats, exec ROI summaries).
- Bilingual French/English, a plus for our Montreal-based team and Quebec market.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary + ESOP: Real ownership in a company with early traction, plus performance-based bonuses.
- High autonomy: You decide what to build and how to build it.
- Direct revenue impact: Your systems show up in pipeline and closed revenue, not just process docs.
- Montreal office (Plateau): We have an office on the Plateau. You're welcome to come in whenever you want.
- Growth trajectory: Join at the ground floor of a fast-growing AI company.
- Cutting-edge AI: Work with agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous workflows daily.
Why Mizo?
MSPs are drowning in repetitive service desk work. We're building AI agents that handle it autonomously — and the market is responding. With customers on 4 continents and growing rapid, we're proving that agentic AI can transform how IT services are delivered.
This is a chance to join before the growth curve steepens. You'll work directly with the founding team, talk to customers regularly, and see your work in production within days, not quarters.
