We are currently looking for a Guitar & Piano Instructor to join our team on Wednesdays
3:30 pm to 6:30 pm for the upcoming School Year 2025-2026
Requirements
- Access to a reliable vehicle to get to and from lessons
- Reliable, patient, open-minded and enjoy working with children
- Able to work independently with limited to no supervision
- Able to teach technique and repertoire in a fun, engaging manner
- Completion of RCM Level 6 piano and also RCM Level 5 Guitar is considered an asset
- High School Students welcome
Responsibilities:
- Encourage the joy of making music
- Help students develop the discipline and commitment required for success
- Make learning just as fun as making music itself
- Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed
- Give brief feedback to parents at the end of every lesson

Experience
- Previous teaching experience is highly desirable, particularly in the relevant subject area.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with students and parents.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences.
