Opportunity ID: 2803 Description of Duties: Habitat for Humanity Manitoba is looking for Volunteers to help build at our two build sites in Transcona & Elmwood! Build days are Tuesday- Friday 8:15am-4:00pm. Join us as we build safe, decent, affordable houses for low income families.
Our Construction
Leaders will guide you with their experience and knowledge,
regardless of your level of experience.
Skills Required Experience is valued and appreciated, but we accept all levels of expertise and will train on site. Be 16 years of age or older
Commit to a minimum one full day of building|
Be able to follow instructions and work independently
Be able to climb stairs, navigate uneven ground and have good mobility
Be able to use and understand conversational English Skills Gained/Related Careers: Assist With Construction-related Tasks As Assigned, Which May Include Framing
