- Address maintenance requests within 72 hours
- Perform on-call emergency maintenance effectively
- Maintain and touch up vacant suites to quality standards
- Conduct general maintenance in common areas
- Coordinate with Customer Care Team for suite inspections Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years service experience in maintenance
- At least 3 years renovation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Solid ability to work independently or in a team
