South Riverdale Community Health Centre in Toronto is seeking a Hepatitis C (HCV) Peer Health Navigator. This lived-experience role supports a research project evaluating opt-out ED HCV testing with enhanced linkage-to-care, aiming to identify individuals living with HCV and connect them to community-based care.

The position involves working across locations in East Toronto, with evenings and weekends onsite, to strengthen community connections to care and help ensure people receive the services
