We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who sees HR as a way to improve business performance—not simply administer programs. This is a hands‑on leadership role supporting every aspect of the employee experience across our two manufacturing facilities. You'll lead payroll, recruitment, employee relations, health & safety administration, compliance, HR systems, and process improvement while partnering closely with leaders to solve operational challenges and strengthen the organization.

Lead payroll, benefits administration, attendance management, and HR recordkeeping with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality Manage recruitment, onboarding,



and offboarding across multiple departments Partner with leaders on employee relations, investigations, performance management, coaching, and workplace issues Support health & safety administration, including WSIB coordination, training records, and JHSC activities Ensure HR practices remain compliant with employment legislation and company policies Maintain and improve HR systems, reporting, documentation, and administrative processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, communication, and accountability across HR and business processes Build trusted relationships across the organization by providing practical, balanced, and business‑focused HR support Thinks like a business partner first and an HR professional second Naturally takes ownership and follows through without requiring close supervision Is comfortable balancing people, productivity, compliance, and business priorities Communicates confidently with employees, supervisors, and senior leadership Has practical experience across payroll, recruitment, employee relations, health & safety administration, HR systems, and employment legislation Build systems, improve processes, and help shape how our business continues to grow Make a visible impact on both the business and the people who drive its success This role is best suited for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving how things work, and being a trusted partner to the business.
