Become a vital part of the care team as a Health Care Aide (HCA) with AgeCare. This role focuses on enhancing resident comfort and well-being through direct personal care activities. AgeCare is seeking a dedicated Health Care Aide for its supportive community.

In this position, you will assist with bathing, transferring, and feeding residents, while adhering to care plans and safety protocols. Your work will directly contribute to the quality of life for residents, making it meaningful and fulfilling. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing and personal hygiene
- Transfer residents using mechanical aids safely
- Support residents during meal times and snacks
- Refer to care plans for dietary needs
- Provide routine treatments under nurse supervision Requirements:
- One year experience in continuing care preferred
- Completion of a recognized HCA Certificate Course
- Active registration with CLHA
- Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
