- Offer personal care and activities of daily living
- Assist with medication following care plans
- Report resident condition changes to LPN
- Adapt routines to meet resident needs
- Document daily care accurately Requirements:
- Active CLHA registration
- Current immunization and TB test
- Criminal Reference Check within 12 months
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
