Fieldstone School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Mathematics Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year.

As a growing independent school with small class sizes, we are looking for a versatile educator who is enthusiastic about teaching Mathematics and is also comfortable teaching English at the high school level.

The ideal candidate is committed to academic excellence, enjoys working closely with students, and thrives in a collaborative school community.

Responsibilities

- Teach high school Mathematics courses within the Ontario curriculum.
- Teach additional English courses based on qualifications and school needs.
- Plan engaging, student-centred lessons and assess student learning.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the broader life of the school.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching high school Mathematics.
- Ability to teach high school English is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, classroom management,



and organisational skills.
- Experience teaching the Ontario curriculum, Cambridge, IB, or other internationally recognised curricula is an asset.
